On March 02, 2022, at the invitation of BICAMC, the General Director of the consulting company EcoPartner Svetlana Bortsova and Oleg Pechenyuk, the head of the NGO “Independent Environmental Expertise”, who have a doctoral degree in business development, visited.
During the meeting, topics that directly relate to environmental problems and barriers faced by investors in the course of their activities in the field of geology and subsoil use in Kyrgyzstan were discussed, “pitfalls” were voiced regarding interaction with the local population and local governments, in connection with which it was decided to organize a joint round table on the above topics, which in turn will give some impetus to popularize the institution of independent arbitration courts in the Kyrgyz Republic, and possibly in the countries of Central Asia.
