In
order to strengthen and promote
professional relationships in
the field of international
arbitration and jurisprudence,
on June 8, an online meeting was
organized with the leaders of
the Arbitration Commission of
the city of Guangzhou (PRC):
director Chen Ximin, commercial
director of the Dongguan branch
Zhang Yi, deputy director of the
business development department,
etc..
As a result of the meeting, a
Memorandum of Understanding was
signed between the Guangzhou
Arbitration Commission and the
Bishkek International Court of
Arbitration for Mining and
Commerce. Bilateral cooperation
will bring positive results in
mediation and resolution of
international arbitration
disputes in commercial and other
areas.
