On April 14, in the BICAMC building, international arbitrators Vladimir Vladimirovich Khvalei (Russia) and Piotr Nowaczyk (Poland) gave a lecture on the organization of arbitration proceedings. V.V. Khvalei has extensive experience in litigation in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine, as well as in international arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICC, LCIA, SCC, MKAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. P. Nowaczyk is a partner at the Royal Institute of Arbitrators in London (С.Arb.), a former partner of Dentons, a member of the Council of the International Arbitration Center of the Austrian Chamber (VIAC 2009-2015), a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the German Arbitration Institute ( DIS) and many others.
