Arbitration

The Central Asian Court of International Arbitration offers high standard arbitration services for the settlement of commercial and contractual disputes in the regional and international community.

An arbitration proceeding requires the consent of the parties to settle disputes by means of alternative dispute resolution. The consent of the parties stipulated in arbitration agreement (clause) concluded between parties.

The main advantage of the proceeding administration by the CACIA is the flexibility of the CACIA Rules which enables the parties and arbitrators to tailor the proceedings exactly to the needs of the parties and their dispute.

To commence arbitration parties shall submit the Request for Arbitration to the CACIA. The proceeding results in an arbitral award which is rendered within 3 months.

The recognition and possibility of enforcement of arbitral award issued by CACIA in more than 150 countries serves as an advantage in international business.
