The CACIA provides high quality dispute resolution services in international trade and investment disputes, tax disputes, contract (labor) disputes and other disputes related to business and other economic activities and is the only court in the Central Asian region that conducts arbitration proceedings in Chinese, English and Russian languages simultaneously.

The Central Asian Court of International Arbitration (known as “Центрально – Азиатский Международный Третейский суд” in Russian, hereinafter referred to as CACIA). CACIA is located in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyz Republic, established in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. We are the only permanent international arbitration institution in Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Central Asia, which is mainly engaged in dispute settlement in international commercial and energy fields.
