The CACIA provides high quality dispute resolution
services in international trade and investment
disputes, tax disputes, contract (labor) disputes
and other disputes related to business and other
economic activities and is the only court in the
Central Asian region that conducts arbitration
proceedings in Chinese, English and Russian
languages simultaneously.
The Central Asian Court of International Arbitration (known as “Центрально – Азиатский Международный Третейский суд”
in Russian, hereinafter referred to as CACIA).
CACIA is located in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyz
Republic, established in accordance with the laws of
the Kyrgyz Republic. We are the only permanent
international arbitration institution in Shanghai
Cooperation Organization and Central Asia, which is
mainly engaged in dispute settlement in
international commercial and energy fields.
CACIA focuses on dispute resolution in international trade and investment areas such as international commercial affairs, energy and mineral resources, and has significant influence in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Eurasian Economic Union and the countries and regions of the Russian-speaking region. CACIA has been promoting international arbitration exchanges and cooperation with China and countries along the Belt and Road, with arbitrators from countries in the Eurasian Economic Union and the Russian-speaking region, as well as nearly 50 countries and regions including China (including Hong Kong, Macau), the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Turkey, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Mauritius. CACIA Secretariat provides efficient, flexible and impartial service for parties to resolve disputes from all over the world. CACIA has leading arbitration rules to overcome sundry barriers.
